The gift card cannot be exchanged for goods from the areas of travel, flowers, mobile, Tchibo Fitness and service offers and partner promotions.
- The gift card is valid up to 3 years. The expiration date is indicated on the card.
- If the amount of the check exceeds the nominal value of the gift card – you need to pay the difference at the store's checkout, but if the amount of the check is less than the face value - the balance will not be returned.
- It is impossible to split the face value of the gift card into several payments.
- The gift card cannot be exchanged for goods from the areas of travel, flowers, mobile, Tchibo Fitness and service offers and partner promotions.
- The maximum number of gift cards that can be used to purchase goods is 1 pcs.
- The Tchibo gift card can be redeemed for Tchibo coffee and Tchibo consumer goods in all Tchibo branches throughout Germany and on tchibo.de.
- The gift card cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The gift card cannot be restored in case of loss.
- The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
